This is a great big bracelet made by Reed & Barton.   The cuff depicts an Egyptian scene.  It could be King Tut or some dieties.  The metal is their DAMASCENE, I'm not sure if it's silver plated or tone, or pewter?
With a fabric tape the interior
is about 6 " around the interior, with a 15/16" gap.  It is arced on the inside for a more comfortable fit, & so MAY fit a hair looser.
It has been worn, & has the expected overall LIGHT scuffing from use.   It's in good vintage condition with no damage I can detect.
Just a sharp looking bracelet.
