These are military surplus water tight transport and storage containers. They are approximately 10.5″ long x 7.5″ wide x 7.5″ tall on the outside. Inside dimensions are of course slightly smaller. The inside of each contains remnants of packing foam stuck to the inside of the case, though this should be relatively easy to remove. All are in used condition, but with working latches, pressure valves, and lids. Some of the lids and handles stick a bit and need to be jiggled to move properly. I can’t vouch for the water tight seal, but all four had to have the pressure relief value opened before opening, so I would assume they remain water tight as well. There are four different cases, though they are all essentially the same. If one in particular grabs your attention, as long as you can identify what makes it unique, it hasn’t already been sold, and you message your preference BEFORE placing an order, we should be able to accommodate requests for specific cases. Date of manufacture is unclear, however they all appear to be from the same era and one has a sticket indicating it was last used in 1992.
This would be a great camera case for the clumsy photographer in your life when paired with some new foam inserts.
